SqueezeHolidays.com is a branch of the Freedom Travel Group (itself a division
of Co-Op) and a division of Web Adventure Holidays Ltd who specialise in online
travel using their combined 30 years experience in the travel sector.
Why are you so cheap?
At SqueezeHolidays.com, we work with all the major accommodation suppliers in
order to provide you with the best prices. We also provide all of our services
online, so we do not have expensive offices or call centres to maintain. This
combination means that we can source the cheapest deals and offer them for a
better price than most of our competitors. Same hotel room... just a little bit
cheaper!
Are you fully ABTA protected?
Yes, we are ABTA members and our ABTA Membership Number is: L3974. Please visit

Are you ATOL protected?
ATOL stands for Air Travel Organiser’s Licensing and although we don’t currently
offer flights on the site, we are fully ATOL protected. Please visit

How do I know if your site is secure?
We use GeoTrust, one of the world’s largest digital certificate providers, to
encrypt all personal and financial information being passed by our clients
through to our payment gateway. As our payment gateway, we use Protx, a company
that has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card
Industry Standard (PCI). When do I receive my confirmation email? You will
receive your confirmation email within 24 hrs of your booking. We advise you to
check your SPAM folder for emails from reservations@squeezeholidays.com and save
this address to your whitelist before contacting us.
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
You will receive an email from reservations@squeezeholidays.com with
confirmation of your booking reference and the voucher reference relating to the
accommodation. These reference numbers are your confirmation that the
accommodation has been booked.
When do I receive my ticket?
Typically, in order to check-in at the hotel, you will be asked to provide a
reference or voucher number. We will send you the reference number by email
within 24 hours of making your booking with us. Please remember to take the
reference or voucher number with you.
What documents will I receive and when?
Within 24 hours of your booking, you will receive an email from
reservations@squeezeholidays.com to the address you supplied. This email will
contain the reference and voucher number applicable to the accommodation you
have bought from us.
How can I change the details of my booking?
In certain circumstances you may be able to change the details of your booking.
Please check our
Terms and Conditions and further instructions how to make
changes by clicking here. If you need to make changes to your booking due to a
change in your circumstances or an unforeseen incident, we recommend that your
travel insurance covers such incidents.
Can I pay a deposit?
No, to keep our prices as competitive as possible we only accept full payment at
the time of booking.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Depending on the credit or debit
card you use there may be a small charge.
Are there any additional charges?
Once you have booked your accommodation there should be no additional charges
for you unless you amend your details or there are some additional charges from
the supplier after the booking. The details of what charges we will pass on to
you and which we will pay for you can be found in our
Terms and Conditions.
What time can I check in and out of my hotel?
Each hotel has different check- in and check-out times. Your confirmation email
will typically include details of when you need to check-out from your room and
the earliest time that you will be able to check-in. By prior arrangement with
the hotel you may be able to check out later or make arrangements for bags to be
held for you at reception.
What if I have a problem with the site?

with details. We are always interested in hearing customer feedback on the site
to help us improve it.
Can I request a brochure for your site?
No, our website has all the information you need for a particular accommodation
and besides, think of the trees!
Can I make a special request on my booking?
We do accept special request on your hotel booking. However, it is down to the
individual hotel to accommodation your special request. We cannot guarantee that
your requests will be granted by the hotel.
Can I cancel my booking?
In certain circumstances you may cancel your booking. Please read our
Terms and Conditions for details. If you need to cancel your booking due to a change
in your circumstances or an unforeseen incident, we recommend that your travel

How do I complain about a holiday?
If you experience a problem with your booking during your stay at the property,
you must first complain to the hotel management and give them the opportunity to
resolve it. If you are still not happy, then you should send the details of your
complaint to us by email to customerservices@squeezeholidays.com and we will
contact the supplier or hotelier on your behalf and try to resolve the problem
for you.
What time can I check in and out of my hotel?
Each hotel has different check in and check out times, your confirmation email
will include details of when you need to check-out of your room and the earliest
time that you will be able to check-in. By prior arrangement with the hotel you
may be able to check-out later or make arrangements for bags to be held for you
at reception.
Can I request a late check-out?
Some hotels may permit this and you should ask when you check-in alternatively,
they may allow you to leave your luggage at reception.
