Benidorm
Benidorm is a popular holiday resort located in the Costa Blanca region of Spain and only around 30 miles from Alicante. Surrounded by mountains, Benidorm is one of the largest resorts in Spain set along two large sandy beaches, the Poniente and Levante beaches. Water sports can be practiced by visitors in both beaches. The development of Benidorm started in the 1960’s and the resort is now known for the empowering skyscrapers overlooking the bay. It has to be said that the resort has more skyscrapers per kilometer than New York! The lively resort boasts a huge selection of restaurants, shops, nightclubs and pubs.
